If Autoranko isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment on any paid plan — monthly or annual — and we will refund it in full. No conditions, no exit interview, no hoops.

You keep your content

Refunded or not, every article, image and improvement we delivered stays yours, permanently. We will never ask you to delete or unpublish content as a condition of a refund. This promise is part of our Terms of Service, not just a marketing line.

What happens after a refund

Your subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the free plan. Your account, your connected sites and everything already published stay exactly as they are, and you can upgrade again whenever you like.

Renewals

Forgot to cancel? Contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge and, as long as you haven’t generated new articles since that renewal, we will refund it. The simplest option is usually to cancel before your renewal date — the cancel button is on your Billing page and works instantly.

Cancelling versus refunding

Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for. A refund returns money you have already paid and ends the paid plan straight away.

How to request a refund

Write to us through our contact page from the email address on your account and include the word “refund”. We process refund requests within 5 business days; depending on your bank, the money reaches your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.

This policy adds to your rights under consumer protection law — it never limits them. If the law where you live gives you more, you get more.
